SutraBlog is live!!
Well, we are doing this without the trumpets and the usual swank but we ostentatiously present the Sutra Blog. We have been active in the industry for quite some time and after going through our list of clientele, we just decided that its high time we had our own corporate blog.
Sutra is the name behind SutraHR and SutraJobs.com. We have been working with many startups in India and our client list includes names like zapak.com, seventymm.com and many other respectable names. Now that I have blown our trumpet and also published links to our websites (read SutraHR and SutraJobs.com), I am gonna tell you what we have been upto and how we earn our daily bread.
SutraHR is a people consulting firm. We partner with organizations and help them with everything from hiring to realigning, assessing, training and assessment. We work with startups , small and growing companies, and entrepreneur-driven companies, mostly in the IT, Internet, digital and mobile domain.
So basically, we would help a young company get the right talent and take it to the next level where you can compete with the big (and not so big) players in the industry.
SutraJobs.com is an online job portal where entrepreneurs and job seekers can post jobs. Our objective is to bring together people and companies who have a common affinity for entrepreneurship.
Again, SutraJobs.com is all about startups, entrepreneurship, and emerging companies in the new age media space.
So you can see that we have been working with mostly young companies and people who share a common goal and have a passion to get there.
What we intend to get on the blog:
Well, it is not everyday that companies like us get to blog their heart out. Starting with the team, we got Waqar who’s the CEO. He’s passed out from RGIT as a computer engineer and started Sutra and we are all toiling under the monarch. I write this blog because I owe Waqar and have no money to pay him, so this is how I repay him.
On the blog you would find information related to our companies and masala on industry movements and everything IT. Also, we will track exciting openings on SutraJobs.com.
We will cover companies who have been making waves in the industry and also those companies who have capsized in these waves. We intend to make this blog as a harbinger in community sharing and entrepreneurial ideologies which we can share across the community helping the Indian startups and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
These are our not so ambitious plans. I guess I have written enough for the first post. Let me publish before Waqar reads this.
