  1. Do you provide recruitment services to companies which are located in other cities apart from the ones that you operate from?

Yes, of course! We serve our clients nationally as well as globally. With clients spread across India in cities like, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc. we conduct placements for Indian as well as international clients for domestic as well as overseas positions.

 

  1. What is your turnaround time, if given a requirement is to be closed urgently?

Our turn-around time has set standards in the industry.  It takes between 10-12 hours on an average and a maximum of 24-48 hours, before quality resumes are filtered into your inbox.

  1. Do you have teams that work exclusively on industry specific profiles?

Yes. Our teams have been handpicked and briefed on the industries that they do placements for. Not only are they are well versed with the emerging trends but they also conduct a thorough research on the client’s placement requirements before considering candidates.

  1. Is there any subscription fee that I have to pay to sign up?

No. We do not work on a fixed period or a subscription fee model. As we recruit candidates across varied industries and work on exclusive profile placements, we prefer a percentage model applicable per placement. Our charges vary between 8.33% to 16.66% of the gross package depending on his profile.

  1. What is your guarantee period once a position is filled?

We provide a guarantee period of 3 Months for the candidate sourced through Sutra HR and employed by your organization. However, if the candidate voluntarily quits the organisation within the guarantee period we provide you with a replacement without any fee!
